These guys are great! I got on-the-spot service that only took 3 hours. The other body shop's estimate was 2 days and 4x more expensive. If no one is in the office, try checking out back in the garage. They were all courteous and respectful and super reasonable!
AMAZING customer service! I needed a transmission for my teenage son’s truck. Rafael went way above and beyond to not only sell me a quality replacement but also drove hours to meet me for a delivery. This type of service just doesn’t exist anymore. I could not more highly recommend Hood River Auto to anyone and everyone needing help with their automotive needs . 5 stars is not enough.
On one hand I did not get a part on this run but since your local I really appreciate you staying open in the area I help my friends work on their stuff and my own along with some help along the way so I appreciate the effort put into helping me find potential parts for my subaru maybe on the next run I will have better luck regardless thank you again
Out of Western Gresham for a Miniroadtriping {Mt. Hood Loop St.Hwy. #35.....!.} Day when Suddenly Wham BAM 💥 and narry a "thank you".....!. These people were Extremely Assistance Orientated and saved me at least $70+ with there Expertise and allowed me to Hammer & Wrench my Buick98 in an isolated corner of their parking lot....... Almost Shocking there treatment of my vehicle and 👁️.....!. 🎩 off to this 🇺🇲 business ⛄💒☃️...... Peace {we could use some more.....!.} Out 🖖
Great place for any of your car needs!! Had a surprise nail in our tire coming down from Mt Hood. These guys patched it up in under 30 mins and had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend for anyone passing through and in need of a fix! Thanks guys!!
