This morning I contacted Hooked on Towing through AAA, and Eric arrived at my pinned location in a flatbed exactly as requested. I was extremely impressed when he showed up in under 25 minutes, much faster than I expected. Eric was friendly, professional, and great to talk with. He treated my truck as if it were his own, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I highly recommend Hooked on Towing.

I wholeheartedly recommend this business! They helped me out of a bind and arrived quickly and for a reasonable price considering how time sensitive it was. Umberto was wonderful and the gal I spoke to on the phone was very kind (I didn’t catch her name). If you need a last minute tow, give these guys a call- they are honest people.

I am very thankful to this towing company for sending Bill to help my husband and me with our EV. We had a flat tire and a low battery, which made it quite a challenge as there was no way to put the car in neutral. However, Bill had a few tricks up his sleeve and was able to tow it safely. We truly appreciate Bill and the team and wish them all the best!

We had a flat, and were stuck on the shoulder of the express lanes. The driver (I'm sorry didn't get his name) was super professional, friendly and literally risked his life to change our tire. He even got us a police escort to merge into traffic. Best emergency fixer ever.

We have used them twice through AAA and both times Eli has been the one to help us. He was friendly, considerate, and fast. The first incident was a battery jump and he ended up replacing the battery for about $218 which was comparable to buying the battery ourselves and to install. The second time my daughter locked her keys in the car and Eli not only got to us within 20 minutes but had the door open in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service. Definitely recommend.
