I was in a bind and Hooked Up Pasco saved me! They picked up my truck and took it to the repair shop quicker than I could get a starter and head to the repair shop. They are amazing. Would definitely recommend this company.

Charged 700 dollars for my car that hadn’t even been in their possession for 45 minutes. They towed 4 to 5 cars within a 30 minute time period from a lady at U-Haul off sandifur who seemed like they had a deal going on. Super shady

My situation at the time was a stressful one, but the staff at Hooked Up were consumately professional and were very clear on prices with an itemized list that they both neatly printed out and explained over the phone to my mother (who was paying for the tow). We were picking up a Civic that had been stolen and taken for a joyride from our home to Benton City. One of the employees that assisted us and I could see that some ignition/startup wiring was cut so the car wouldn't start, but he explained there would be no extra charge for them to tow the car back to our place in Kennewick, which they did. We called for a tow on a broke down 31 foot rv trailer. A number of other companies made it clear they did not want to tow it since there’s always complications. Hooked up got my info, gave me a clear and very reasonable quote and arrived on time. Once hooked up the thing wouldn’t budge, I thought they would just leave but instead he called in two other drivers to help. Three men spent almost two hours disengaging the driveline from the transmission and got it going and gone. No extra charges and great attitudes all around! Wow!
