Nice owners but my experiences at Hoos Garage have been lacking to say the least. I purchased an Apple car play unit and asked Hoos garage to complete the install. During the install, they find out there were some incompatibilities with the unit and my car. They recommend and provide a link to another part - a new display - in order to make the car play functional. Turns out the new display doesn’t help the issue. No problem, I send the display back and wait for them to provide a link for a compatible display. This is where the communication gets spotty. Almost a month later and no word from owners. All the while my current display is a blacked out screen that reads “No Data” due to the partial install of the Apple car play. After several calls not returned, and several months with zero u

Reached out to Hoo’s Garage from a referral and I have been impressed each step of the way. Had the 5yr Ceramic (Crystal Serum Ultra) applied and some window tint done. The work turned out great and the communication and customer service was very much appreciated. Will surely be back down the road!

More than a car detail service. Hoo’s Garage is an all around shop, he’s done my brake services, transmission fluid, oil changes, you name it. Most recently he installed lowering springs on my 440i and some cosmetic pieces. I highly recommend Hoo’s Garage as a safe place to take your car to, Tyler is super knowledgeable and an exceptional mechanic. He’s extremely timely and will easy to contact and even makes himself available after hours if need be.
