I was referred to this shop (Chuck) by my daughter, and I have returned several times since with different vehicles. For context, I live in Port Richey and drive over an hour each way just to have my car serviced by him—that alone speaks volumes about the quality of his work. In fact, I already have another service appointment scheduled with him in three days. Chuck is an all-around honest, professional, and highly respectable person. I trust him completely with my vehicles and would gladly recommend his shop to anyone looking for reliable and dependable service.

Did extreme research and found Redemption Auto. Met a super sharp young man Aidan. Got a great car. Great financing and check out. The entire staff is crazy on the ball. Their cars come with a short term warranty. Couple days after getting the car had a starter issue. Called redemption and got set up in one day. The repair was done very well and covered by redemption. The redemption team followed through perfectly on everything. Truly a gem in a brutal business. Great job Aidan!!!

Chuck took good care of our truck in a timely manner. He could have easily put a new part on but fixed the one on the truck. We chose Hoover from a friend who recommend them. Great customer service and work!

I was referred to Hoovers a few weeks ago by a neighbor. I've taken two of my vehicles so far. The best service and very reasonable prices. Chuck is such a nice, considerate guy. I highly recommend the guy's at Hoovers for your auto repair needs.

I'm a car guy, and I performing all repairs myself, unless I need a lift, or I'm just lazy to do something. Most of the places I seen, trying to rip you off, telling you some nonsense. They just assume that you do not understanding what they are talking about. Well, I do. However, at this place, I didn't show what I know and what I don't, and the owner gave me perfectly fair information and price. Places like this, should be #1 in your list. Since my first visit, I'll go only here, whatever I'll need, because they have a skill, they are many times awarded by car manufacturers, and they prefer to have a loyal customers for many years, instead of one time rip off as everybody else.
