I have never been to a dealership so great,def pump went out and in no time it was fixed and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. If you ever breakdown in the are, this is the place to get it fixed.

My turbo blew up on a Thursday morning was towed in to the shop in the afternoon, back on the road 24hrs later. They also gave me a ride to and from the hotel. Great job guys 👍👍
This place is a rip-off!! Took my truck in for a simple check engine light and ask if they can check my brakes pads to see if it’s low. They tried to charge me for 4 hours labor just to check the brakes.! Then tried to order and install parts I did not give consent to replace. Then brought a huge bill!! When I ask why wasn’t I informed of the repairs and parts needed, before they went ahead and repair, they said they didn’t have to. Avoid this place, they are out to get you for everything you have.!!
Nice Western Star facility easy to find parking for a semi is good very clean facility. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. They also were one of a handful of dealers who had the part
