Hop River Homes

I have an extremely close friend who was moved into a unit in these homes, and i am deeply impressed. The unit is amazing, he has an open line of communication with the office and staff running the place. And judging from his reactions and overall improvement of quality of life from where he was before, im inclined to believe youll find troublemakers ANYWHERE if you look hard enough, so keep your mind out of that game, and live peacefully with your neighbors, and you shouldnt have a problem. Next to homeless shelters, hud apartment buildings,etc- this is the closest to a dignified living setup ive seen in this type of housing TO DATE. While I am sorry it appears 1 or 2 people had very poor experiences, I am not convinced that it represents HOP RIVER HOMES as a whole.

SICKENED, OUTRAGED AND APPALLED!! Just a few words that come to mind when I think of Hop River Homes. I can’t begin to express the level of disgust I have towards this complex. My loved one who is currently residing here has repeatedly been interrogated, harassed and racially profiled by not only residents of the complex but by management as well. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in several areas, including employment, transportation, public accommodations, communications and access to state and local government’ programs and services. I would not rent their. People are unfriendly and like to make your life miserable. If you're not from the area you are very much unwanted and not welcome. You might see maintenance every two or three months even after you put maintenance requested. Had to threaten with help apartment to get them to come to my apartment. Emergency lights don't a lot on. Fire alarms go off when cooking too many false alarms. Management pays people to spy on you. Tenets make up their own rules and you have to live by or they tell

This is a wonderful place for Seniors to live in. The people living here are friendly and look out for each other. It is located next to a walking track and local ball fields.
