I can’t thank Horizon Auto enough for the care and support they showed me after my car accident in Mexico. Before finding them, I went to four other shops for insurance-required estimates, and every experience left me feeling more defeated. Everything was rushed, surface-level, and impersonal. Only one other shop took time to crawl underneath my car to find frame damage, but delivered a sky-high estimate that had me fearing my 4Runner might be totaled or stuck with a salvage title. A friend recommended I reach out to Rene at Horizon Auto, and I don't know what I would've done if she hadn't. Rene took the time to listen to what happened, look at the damage thoroughly, and help me understand what my options were — especially with my situation being complicated by having a Mexican auto insur

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was great from start to finish. Everyone was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy.
