Horizon Auto Repair

My friend took my car here after it got broken into and the dashboard was stolen. They charged her 1k to fix it and instead installed a lower trim where the radio doesn’t even work. They blamed after market installation for the wiring difference when that was obviously a lie and taking advantage of my friend who didn’t realize they installed a completely wrong trim. Of course the wiring wouldn’t match up because they didn’t install the right model to restore it to how it was bought. Attached is a picture of the dashboard before when the car was bought from the dealership and after with the wrong trim and the radio not working.

I drove here last minute on a Saturday after getting a jump for a dead battery, and I’m so glad I did! Eddy was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and sent me regular text updates. His prices were transparent and reasonable, and he talked me through each recommended repair and whether it was necessary. Highway robbery. Needed a new dash and buddy didn’t wire anything, just pushed the plastic dashboard in and charged 1000 dollars and blamed the wiring. Take your money elsewhere to someone competent who won’t take your money. I had to wire everything myself. Absolutely embarrassing to call yourself a mechanic if some random person knows more than you. Also blamed his shortcomings on the previous installer lol

I took my car to horizon super last minute because my car battery was fuming after driving to the city. Eddie was super friendly and professional. The prices were fair and transparent. Would definitely recommend you coming here for any auto repair needs!!!

Dropped off the car the night before and got a motel room. Upon returning to the shop the next day they had it up on the lift and knew what was wrong with it. All I had to do was say yes to get the work started. Thanks guys. Your the best. Oh, and there was this antique car in the shop called the Excalibur in extremely nice condition. Well worth the time to check out.
