We felt completely comfortable the entire time, which is rare when buying a car. This was by far the easiest and most stress-free car purchase we’ve ever had. My coworker referred me to this dealership and just like anyone else I had to go see for myself as I came in I seen that they had a few options I was allowed to test drive any vehicle that I was interested in before making my decision. The owner goes through different routes and choices, and not to mention walks you through the whole process . As a first time buyer I am extremely happy with my Vehicle and all customer service provided by the owner himself and Luis very kind and serviceable people.

2nd car we have bought here. Cars are CLEAN. Granted, not a lot of inventory although I found my new ride. I will name her Emily. The folks are so nice n HONEST! THANK YOU Horizon, YOU ROCK!

Update: I received a text from them saying they were willing to take a look at the car, but unfortunately I could not take my car in before they went on vacation due to my work schedule. My next off day, I took my car to the mechanic and had some necessary work done. I sent the receipt to Horizon Auto Sales hoping we could come to some resolve but I haven't heard anything back. I'll take my car back to the shop for a full look over on my next off days, but it is driving better so hopefully everything is good now. Good people, but I could not recommend this dealership to anyone in good faith. Just bought my 2015 Dodge Dart from there 2 days ago and I think I may have bought a lemon but the verdict is still out. To be honest I've always been leary of these small auto sales places. I visited a few and did not get a good feeling when I looked at the quality of the used trucks and spoke with the salespeople/owners. I was looking for a truck for my father-in-law. I saw one advertised at Horizon and my wife and I decided to take a look. From the very beginning Ehab made us feel comfortable. There were no high pressure sales tactics and he gave us 100% of his attention. He answered all of our questions and then some.
