I did not have a good experience here. I dropped my car off to have paint taken off because I had driven through white paint 2 weeks after getting the car. Everything was gone over prior to dropping it off. I received my car back with new damage and paint still on everything other than the doors. I called to explain that I was unhappy and the guy had an attitude and first said i got a $3000 job for $1600 and then later said i only paid $1600 so i got a $1600 job. They also claimed it took 16 hours which I find hard to believe. There is new damage caused to my car and its brand new. There was no apology or offer to fix it. I would not recommend them to anyone. I only gave 2 stars because the paint is off the doors.

Very pleased with the job that Hornbuckle Auto Detailing did on my 2025 GMC Sierra Denali EV. Tyler provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the progress and answering all my questions. Got PPF on the front, full ceramic coating, and windows tinted. This was my first time getting PPF and ceramic coating on a vehicle. Results look wonderful!

Just got the bad ass F350 back today. They do an outstanding job with exceptional service. Window tint, PPF and ceramic coating. Incredible look. Highly recommend over any other shop in town. Their prices should be all the competition. Military and veterans must go here!

This is the third car we’ve brought to Matt and his outstanding Team. Each one has emerged far prettier than when they went in. We still do our maintenance washes and occasional details, but for the most part each remains in pristine condition after years of use. Shout-out to Tyler and Doug for taking care of our most recent car. They treated her like their own. I can attest that Hornbuckle Automotive will provide superior results and at a fair price.

They use XPEL products, which are hands down the best in the industry. I’m picky about what goes on my vehicles, and knowing they use top-tier materials gives me total peace of mind. If you want it done right the first time with products that actually last, this is the place. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
