Although they were very busy and couldn’t guarantee my services would be complete that day they said they would do their best. I dropped my vehicle off and returned later in the day and was pleasantly surprised that they managed to fit me in and complete all the services. I’ve been going there on and off for 30 years because of their proximity to the Shipyard. I have never had a bad experience and find their business very accommodating. I recommend them to my shipyard buds all the time.

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Hornsby Tire. They are respectful, informative, & helpful. They provide great service with reasonable prices for new tires & services. They also have a phenomenal waiting area. It's spacious, convenient, & clean. They have vending machines, free coffee & Popcorn, & a Big Screen TV. They have a small area for the kids, & they also have a seperate waiting area if you need "queit" that they call "The Executive Waiting area". I always have a pleasant experience when I go here.

I had a leveling kit and new tires installed here and they did a great job!!! They also returned my vehicle back to me within the time frame promised. The staff was professional & helpful and I didn’t get the sense of “how much money can I squeeze out of this customer?” from them. Our business was right to the point with no BS!! Loved that guys!! And if you are a “car person” make sure you check out the cars they have on display.

Always good service, always honest. The staff is very friendly. Tires and services are fairly priced. Jeff has years of knowledge an experience in tires and rims for cars and trucks.

We recently had new tires installed on a 2020 Honda Civic hatchback. Mark and the crew at Hornsby Tire and Service Center are absolutely amazing. We had four new tires, alignment as well as an oil change done and we are very happy with the work that was completed. I highly recommend Hornsby Tire and Service Center to anybody that is looking to get work done on their vehicles. You can't beat their prices and the quality of their workmanship. They really stand behind their work and their products.
