Worse customer service I have ever seen. I sent my car for a head gasket replacement, and it took him over a year to finish the project just to get the car back with more problems and broken parts. So deeper into this story, I own a 1990 Toyota supra and called this shop to see if they would be open to working on my car, mind you I already started to take apart the car. It was super nice of Carlo to take in this project already knowing that I have messed with the car. Me thinking this I thought the project would take around a month or so, as I know he is very busy. But it took over a year of endless reaching out and seeing the progress on the car to just get a text the next day saying that has out of town or has busy with other projects. Had my Audi A3 lowered, for a great price, with H&R Sport Springs and absolutely love it. Carlo did a great job. I got my car back in a day and it looked amazing, and since have had no issues. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and professional! I had Karlo from Horsepower Industries install lowering springs on my brand new (barely 150 miles on the odometer) car and he did a superb job!
