Even though we booked a mid-size car, and it was shown as available while we were reserving it. But when we reach there, they gave us the compact car and on the price of mid-size car, which was awful. I was wondering what if I had booked the upmost level car on let say 150$, then they would have charged me 150$ for the compact car?? Note that I am their regular customer and I got this car for 6 days!!!

They did an amazing job with my car after smashing into a deer. The people are incredibly friendly. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was a mess with dog hair. The one con was that it took them 3 weeks longer than anticipated because of a part issue and they were lacking in communicating the delays. After mentioning the communication issue they were apologetic and made an effort to communicate better.

Tamara was most helpful in guiding through the process of getting my car repaired after my accident. This seems to me, by my casual yet close observation, to be an organized and well run company focused on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend.

Ended up here after another car rear ended me. It was nothing too bad. However once my car was “repaired” the Fascia Applique (on the same bumper that was “repaired”) ended up falling off somewhere on the road at some point, so I took my car back in because it was under “warranty for 1 year after repairs” for any “broken or missing pieces” as stated in the paperwork. I brought it in for them to take a look and was told they could not do anything about it unless I were to pay $298 because the entire rear bumper part would have to be replaced. Which is crazy. I found the part I needed on Mopar for $40. Don’t say you have “warranty” on something if you really don’t.
