Hose It Car Wash

The best DIY car wash I found in Rio Rancho. You expect Soap when you use the brush and that's exactly what you get. Love this place. $3 dallors to start wash. $1 dallor vacuums. The best part is, I went at 8pm and they had plenty of lightning. Felt safe. The only bad would be the old roller at sink for ringing didn't work.

I had a little hiccup with the touchless wash at Hose it Car Wash today, but I have to give them huge credit for their amazing customer service. Even though there’s no staff on site, their support team was super friendly and immediately gave me a credit to fix the issue. It’s clear they really care about their customers, and that kind of service definitely won me over. I’ll absolutely be back!

Pretty good experience. The card scanner wasn't working, but there is a change machine. The stall I used worked for me and the other stalls were busy so I assume they worked as well since I didn't hear any complaints or swearing! Vacuum cleaners are available under a shade cloth. Good thinking!

Absolutely love this car wash. I hadn’t taken my car to wash in months and one drive through the automatic with the typhoon selection did wonders! The staff was also very friendly and kind, making sure I had no issues and that all my needs were met and in the end creating a comfortable environment and overall a great experience (: would recommend this to everyone!

Ive been using this wash weekly (usually) but at least twice a month for nearly 2 years now. I started when I got my rag top and simply refuse to use automatic washes. So I can only speak on the wash bay experience. Most of the time, I'm able to go and do what I need to without issue. But there have been some very negative experiences too. Just this past weekend, one bay was out of order. One had a line of cars waiting and the other 2 were so filthy, no one wanted to use them. I'm talking an inch or 2 of mud (not exaggerating). And although its not usually this bad, I'd say generally, this car wash is dirty and needs more upkeep.
