Justin has been one of the best mechanics we’ve ever used. He’s honest and goes above and beyond to help his customers. He’s great at explaining any issues that come up and his pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend him and will continue to trust him with all of our vehicles!

I have been trusting Justin (the owner) to fix and diagnose my car for over 3 years now. I'm not one to review immediately but I figured 3 years later is a good time lol he is amazing. He works with your schedule. Great at explaining things. Answers any questions you have with detail! I feel the prices are fair. They take good care of your vehicle. Very honest! The people at Hoss Automotive or wonderful. They assessed what was wrong with my vehicle and we made arrangements for them to get the parts and have it fixed. Justin went out of his way to help diagnose the issue as it could have been a number of things. Their pricing was very reasonable. Very professional. My husband and I intend to bring both of our vehicle vehicles there from now on!

Could not be happier with Hoss! My truck was having bad misfires i replaced everything I could think of and the misfire stayed. Brought it to Hoss and they diagnosed it as bad injectors and a bad injector harness, Justin was upfront with me and kept in contact with regular updates. They got it fixed and I immediately drove 600 miles to the Outer Banks and 600 miles back, we knew Hoss was trustworthy from our past experiences, had absolutely no problems, my truck is running like a beast!
