I went there because Ronald, the owner, had fixed something for me before. He was recommended by a shop recommended by USAA. I took my truck to Ronald to repair hail damage. But what he says, and what he does, are two different things. 1. I asked him on the phone if he could “pop” hail damage out of my truck. He said, “Yes.” When I got to the shop, he said that he could not do it, would have to find someone to do it (but probably couldn’t find anyone), and he would have to sand and repaint all the areas. 2. He said that it would take 1 to 2 weeks. When I got there, he said, “No it would probably take 3 weeks.” I had t
