Erica is not only the GM ,she is the kind of individual that you know within the first two minutes you have a friend for LIFE .Buying a car is a stressful thing to do . I can't tell you how simple this was. Erica was the best ,My friend and i drove the 2015 Cadillac SRX and it was exactly as she said on the phone my 2015 cadillic got totaled and i loved that car so i was totally optimistic about finding one as good as the one i had. Erica said this cactus is perfect . after several weeks of deling with the insuance co. I called to see if it was still avalible . i called and this bubbly voice we still have it .
