Greetings, I had a great experience with Hot Wheels Auto Repair today. I called late yesterday evening after work. My car was having issues, although I wasn't exactly sure what the problem was, I gave a brief description of what was happening, Mr. Greer told me to bring it in. After checking it out, he quickly identified that it was in fact the alternator. He made the whole process easy and stress-free — he said he would pick up the part, repair the car, and have it ready that same night. I chose to pick it up after work the following day, and just as promised, it was ready to go and running perfectly. Mr. Greer was honest, efficient, and respectful of my time. I brought my vehicle in because of a grinding sound. The Owner Timothy did a thorough inspection and showed me exactly why I needed new front pads and rotors. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. The car stops perfectly now with zero noise. Great customer service and fair pricing!". I highly recommend!

Tim is awesome, he went above and beyond. I had a blowout on a Saturday evening. All the tire shops were closed, fortunately for me I found him on a google search. I called him, but he didn't have my tire size but he didn't stop there. He found someone that was open and had my tire size, drove us there, a 15- 20 minutes drive, I bought the tire then came back and he fixed it. He also made sure all my other tires were ok ,put air in the the ones that needed air. I couldn't thank him enough. I highly recommend him. I REITERATE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!

Traveling South on I 35W. On sunday night. My F150 began to overheat so I pulled off the highway to check it out. I had a broken radiator hose. Did I mention this was Sunday night? I desperately phoned every mechanic listed in the area. I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. I really didn't want to leave my truck in that area overnight but I was at the point where I didn't think I had a choice. Then Tim from Hot Wheels called me back and I described my problem. I sent him over a few Pictures and he asked me where I was. He showed up within twenty minutes on Sunday night. Tim had me back on the road within an hour. I brought my Ford Bronco in for service and Tim was professional and assessed my truck for not only the original repair; however, he was able to prevent a major future repair.
