Don't buy a used car from this dealer, Marc. He promised super-cold AC: The car vents blew heat at the lowest AC setting. He listed the car as "immaculate." There were scratches and chipped paint all around and a dent that had been crudely painted over with a housepainter's brush. There was also a major piece of trim missing. Trying to close the deal, a salesman told me there was already a down payment on the car. But he said he was more than happy to violate that agreement if I would buy the car on-the-spot. Pure slime. I needed to take a shower when I got home.

Brought my car in for a coolant top off, left with my heat not working and my car overheating. I told the guy at 3:00 pm and he said not my problem, got in his car and left with my 80 dollars. The owner of this establishment is a crook, do not spend a dollar with them!

I brought my car in to repair brakes , received my car with missing parts, the owner and the worker gave me the run around just to get them back . Within a week after bring my car here my car started acting up, I do not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances, I was better off driving with no breaks !

Don’t waste your time or money , don’t even know how to change break pads. When you complain about it Carlos gets defensive and mad ,when he is the that made the mistakes when the replacement of the breaks. He also broke the hood props when I took my car in they worked perfectly And he (Carlos) walked away all made when I asked about it. Most likely he changed my working parts when older parts just because he gets so defensive. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I could have crashed with non working breaks!!!

I wish I could rate this place a Zero. This place is the worst!!!!!!! I received a toll ticket because they drove my car to Manhattan without my knowledge or authorization. After that the owner was very rude and unprofessional about paying for the ticket. My vehicle was under Hot wheels auto shop possession at the time of the ticket. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your vehicle here ever!!!!!
