I will not recommend to buy any cars in here, I bought a mini Cooper less than a month ago and from the beginning notice strange noises in the engine so I took it to the owner because they have given me their word that they stood behind their cars and when he checked the car ( by not doing nothing only touching the engine) assure that nothing was wrong with it, so I told him that I was taking it to get a second opinion so I did I took it to a mechanic and they gave a diagnosis which was bad, so I took it back to the owner ( he was not in his business ) so I talk to him on the phone he just refuse to honer the warranty or his promises and his word ( he said word don't mean anything, contact do ) and told me that was my problem not his, I don't understand how this kind of people have been in

The only place I'll come to buy a vehicle! Naaman is honest, transparent, knowledgeable and does phenomenal work. Not only did we buy our car from him hassle-free, but he Also provides phenomenal service. After 3 years and 105,000 mi on the vehicle we bought, the only issue we've had so far is a battery which is to be expected! I'll be back for my next vehicle for sure!!

Fantastic dealer! The website has accurate information about the vehicles. The sales team are very friendly and personable. They use no sales pressure. They were transparent about pricing. Extremely helpful staff. I bought a car and wouldn't have been able to drive it home until later. They drove the car home for me. While driving it home, they topped off the tank and noticed the gas cap was missing. They then stopped at a parts store and replaced the cap before dropping it off. I've never experienced service like this in a dealership. I would absolutely recommend Hot Wheelz.
