My husband and I have our business and personal insurance through Hottle & Associates and highly recommend them. They thoroughly explain terms and options as well as what's going on in the market. Their customer service is excellent. When my adult children started shopping around online thinking they would find cheaper insurance, I talked them out of it. First, you don't know if you are comparing the same coverage and if you have a claim, you need an insurance agent who is responsive and will look out for you. From personal experience, I can tell you that Priscilla Hottle and her team have your back when you need them.

After taking my home owners insurance through Hottle and Associates, I asked the young lady, I don't have her name convenient at the time, to check my auto insurance to see if she could beat the premium I had. But she never followed up and then I stopped by a week later and left a message and never heard anything. So when it came to renewal to.e I went with a different agent and company. Customer service was 0.

The Warrenton office never answers the phone or returns a phone call. Bad customer service.
