Everyone at the company is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to assist you. There is a great depth of knowledge and they will work on things most places in Cleveland will not. I had a lot of work done on my classic vehicle and was kept up to date throughout the process with not only information but pictures and videos. I will definitely keep going back and would recommend them to others. You wont be disappointed.

Awesome shop! We brought in a 94 Dodge Dakota that needed a lot of work! At first I despaired bcs it was one thing. Then another and another.. Henry is so careful and truly wants to give you back a vehicle as perfect as he can get it. 10 stars for sure! He went over and above on each part and section that needed to be repaired. I would recommend him to anyone but especially if you have an older vehicle! You can't go wrong with Hotz and Rodz!

Not professional at all, left dirty grease/hand prints on my upholstery in my boat did not clean up after their self! Would not open up the gate for me to back into the shop so I could get out of the middle of the road. Made me come in and pay and then they finally opened up the gate! Also they were doing a diagnostic test on my boat which I was told when I dropped it off they were gonna check the compression and they never did! Henry said “it sounds like it’s running on all cylinders” Also still haven’t received a receipt through email for my halfway completed $200 diagnostic test. Very rude and highly do not recommend!

The most professional place we've ever taken our vehicle too. They fixed what we ask them to fix and thankfully they let us know we had some .other major issues Our truck is now back to us running better than ever. They are very Honest and trustworthy.We are customers for LIFE.

Thr best service and communication. Henry is Uber pro man... i highly recommend for all boat related work. He knows what hes doing.
