Scott always does a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle. Tech savvy technicians know where to look for hidden problems. Their inspection reports are very informative and they provide pictures with their findings and repairs. Friendly atmosphere, well stocked, waiting room and knowledgeable. Staff makes this an ideal Repair shop for Porsche vehicles because basically, that’s all they work on. I’d love to be a mechanic there, those guys get to drive some fun cars.

Brought my 996 for IMS bearing update to LN Engineering, Andy walked me through the process and the significance of the update. House did a full inspection of my car and I ended up tacking on other services since they had it in the garage! The tow option was very convenient with my busy schedule. I have been coming to the House of Automotive – Pasadena for five years and have nothing but great things to share. Even though I live in Las Vegas, I always prefer coming here over my local authorized Porsche Service Center. The service quality is excellent at both places, but the communication and care from Andy (the manager) and Greg (the owner) are truly exceptional. Once, Greg even did a FaceTime call to check my car and make sure it was safe to drive. Yup, I’m sure I’ve left a review already but if I haven’t, Scott and Andy are the best. There is no other Porsche shop that compares. I’ve come back 3 times already and all 3 times blows every other shop experience. They are all professional and great to deal with. HOUSE caters to all my little picky needs. I’m a purist and I chase perfection or try to so every little request they are happy to help me get my car to where I want it to be. Don’t bother with any other Porsche shops, just come to HOUSE. 😌👌

I had great experiences with HOUSE previously with some performance upgrades on my 997.2. Today they were also able to do my 80k major service in a timely manner. This is not the place if you want to find the cheapest option in town but the service quality is top notch, I will recommend working with Scott as he has always been reasonable and keeping customers happy.
