House is more than just a place to get service, they greet and treat you like family when you’re there. They are always willing to share some fresh coffee, conversation, and a comfortable place to just relax if you’re waiting. Great people that care about every client as if they were family.
Had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change. Friendly service and on time.
I have only one complaint. To use your web site to schedule an appointment for service is useless. I just go in circles and cannot schedule an appointment. The only way to schedule a service appointment is to call Pete. I would like to report back on this review that Pete called me the very next morning to see what he could do to remedy the problem I was having. It is very possible that I am at fault by being on the wrong website. I will bring in my computer at my service appointment to figure out what I did wrong. House Chevrolet has been my only service provider since buying my vehicle from them in 2016. They have always gone out of their way, especially Pete Schreiber their service manager, to provide the very best in customer relations and service. His fast response and eagerness to s
