During a recent visit, customer service was not up to standard. Staff were inattentive, and interactions were less than welcoming. Unfortunately, guidelines preventing product interaction further impacted our experience. Consequently, the decision was made to seek business elsewhere. This alternative establishment (Ajax Motorsports) provided a more positive and accommodating environment for purchasing needs. I am sorry that our experience at H.O.K did meet your expectations.

This was my first time buying a bike brand new from a dealer. HOK made the process of buying the bike quick and easy. Creed and the other guys were a great help with all my questions. Will definitely be back when it comes time for service or anything else the bike needs.

Bought my 2025 Ninja 500 from here, everyone was very kind and helpful, super easy process with financing, Ricardo got everything sorted out so easy! Shoutout to Danny and Wayne in the service department as well as everyone else for getting my bike out of the crate and put together so I could ride it home the same day! I bought my first motorcycle from House of Kawasaki. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Ricardo was a pleasure and a true motorcycle enthusiast. He's the reason I bought from House of Kawasaki. Charles took the time to make sure I was fitted properly for my helmet. Wayne took the time to go over the bike with me. Together, these gentlemen made my first motorcycle experience a great one. They all gave me some important tips which helped me as a new rider. Shortly after buying the motorcycle, I went to the DMV and passed the motorcycle written and riding test. (The MSF course was booked out too far to wait). I'm glad to have the endorsement now.
