Grant is excellent. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, communicative and responsive, and he goes the extra mile. I brought my vehicle to him for modifications more than once (exhaust work, tuning, flex fuel) and each time he had it back to me quicker than anticipated and and with better results. When I had an issue related to the modifications we did, he came out to my house and fixed it that same day, within an hour. I was not expecting that at all because the issue was not his fault. It is clear that he cares about his customers and takes a lot of pride in his work. Grant is highly professional, efficient, and does quality work. I took my 2017 WRX to his shop and he went above and beyond to not only install a new stage 1 clutch and a few other upgrades, he also found and corrected several issues along the way. Highly recommend HOP, and I plan on returning soon!
