The experience is a very human approach and understanding that autos need repaired and it cost you money. Their prices reflect fairness and that understanding The notification and billing system is top shelf along with the cleanliness of the waiting area. This is now the shop that will be taking care of my vehicles.

Customer service is great. I got a call with options of what needed to be done to my vehicle and they gave me a price on what it would cost with dealer parts or their fix- which was much more affordable- I appreciated that they gave me the more affordable option. The repair to my car was fast- I was not expecting it to be done so fast! I would definitely recommend Houser’s to anyone wanting a honest and reasonable mechanic.

We have been using houser’s auto center for a couple of years now. The people in there are all so very pleasant and easy to talk too. Getting an appointment is easy and usually I can get in on my time schedule. I would highly recommend them for all your auto needs.

First, I’d like to say something about the appearance of the facility of Housers‘s Automotive, very impressed. Clean, organized and very welcome as they greet you when you’re coming through the doors to answer any questions or concerns about your vehicle. Mike and his team there at Housers Automotive got me answers to questions I had about my truck in the warranty.
