I am disappointed with the service I received. I paid $1,839.90 for a starter R&R only for my vehicle to break down less than 6 miles after picking it up. Dense white smoke poured from the hood, and the car overheated to the max. This was a frightening and dangerous situation. I pop the hood and see liquid everywhere and a broken hose. Before this, I asked the service reps if I needed to complete any of the recommended services today to be able to drive off the lot with no safety issues because “diagnose coolant leak/oil leak,” was on the service list, I was told no. After the breakdown, I call the dealership back they send a tow and say they’ll inform of the next steps after they take a look. Now I’m told the heater hose was “brittle/worn” “blew out due to pressure” and that the repair wo
The two stars would be five if I was only dealing with the in office service providers. They are very good at messaging and defusing the awful shop work. We are running out of good places to take our car. This is the second “American Made” dealer we have taken our cars to and they are all awful. They make so many excuses for terrible work. We dropped our car off at 7am with an appointment, on a Saturday. We were told service takes up to 2 days. My hope was to get it back on Tuesday beceuse I needed it on Wednesday for work. I didn’t get it on Tuesday. My husband got a ride to work. We picked it up Wednesday NIGHT. Check the pictures at the state of the car after pick up. $4,000. They left the coolant cap off. Was taken very well taken care of and made aware of other issues that say need addressed but told I don’t have a warranty and I know I bought the warranty and it was bought out by another company I explained that the warranty package was in my truck when dropped off, still waiting on paint repair when you had tomball auto glass change the leaking back glass at just under 8k miles on a new truck at the time and tomball auto glass denied doing it, I went to see them, don’t ever let tomball auto glass touch my truck that I keep in pristine condition , thanks to Billy for doing all he could
I drove in to get a wheel alignment and they took me right in. I was told it may be 1-1 1/2 hours. Mentrell service advisor, was very friendly and helpful. My truck battery decided to stop working properly while there for the alignment. The tech said he had to jump it a couple times, once to get it in the work bay and once for a test drive. Went the truck was brought out to me it needed another jump Mentrell was very helpful in getting me a jump and on my way. I left my phone and had to return a few minutes later, I forgot about the battery issue and turned off the truck.Mentrel help me jump it again.He said the battery was registering 56% charge. I ask how much for new battery. He gave me a price and I said thanks but no thanks.The delearship wanted twice what I paided for a top name b
Karena Garcia was my service representative. She did an excellent job. Went above and beyond. She had to deal with my attitude when I showed up because I thought the issue was related to work that had previously been completed on my vehicle. She handled the situation with patience and stayed calm. The issue was diagnosed properly and she worked with the warranty company to get 90% of the work covered. She was sure to ask if I had an extended warranty. A week after the repair was completed and no more oil leaks. Very happy.
