Houston Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer

Took my truck in a few months back for repairs and service. The parts needing replacement were way overpriced and the service writer I dealt with gave snake vibes and had the scent of a used car salesman. I believe his name was Fidel.Radars and sensors weren't functioning, even though my estimate showed I paid for it and Fidel tried to charge me and sell me on other services aggressively. Took my truck out of there as quick as I could and sent it over to Rush truck center down the road. Way more professional and reliable.

Houston heavy duty was great to work with. Chasity was our sales rep and she was fantastic to deal with. Our company recently needed and end dump trailer and we knew very little about them. Chasity was a big help and had lots of information. She was also outstanding in her communication skills.

I had the unfortunate experience of an accident involving my Rig & Houston Heavy Duty was recommended. Prior to committing for repair I visited the site & met Jason who from jump street was a total Pro & validated my choice of selecting this facility to do their magic. Through out the whole process of towing, insurance & appraisal it went as smooth as could be expected. Jason & his team were transparent throughout the whole process & their integrity was refreshing considering my situation. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement!!! Outstanding customer service. Able to install chrome bumper in less than a day for 2022 T680. Had been trying to find one for months and was ready to roll in a day. Will route thru Houston whenever need work done.

My Trailer bush is damage but they changed all airbags payed$2600.00 Problem not fix again asked $2500 for replace bush . They are unable to find problems waisting time and Money (it’s take 3 weeks)Not good place for trailer repair. Never going again.
