Houston Services Tire

Only shop in Houston I would Trust! They were extremely careful aligning my 1967 Shelby Cobra. Then on my Tesla when no other shop had my tire and kept trying to sell me a different size saying it would work. Houston Services Tire was honest and ordered a custom run flat tire to matched my Tesla Model X OEM specifications. I would highly recommend, it was a five star service.

I was really disappointed with this place. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem organized at all. They gave me a wait time, but it ended up taking much longer, and no one bothered to update me or explain what was going on. Customer service definitely needs improvement — it felt like they weren’t interested in helping or giving clear information. Honestly, there are better options in the area. I won’t be coming back.

Took my car in to have belt changed, Rudy & other mechanic were very nice, knowledgeable and best of all fair. Would recommend and taking my other car in Wednesday

terrible attention and the work done very badly, they left loose nuts and damaged the screws, talk to the owner and he says that he cannot take responsibility for the damage. ok prepare for a lawsuit for damages and negligent labor.

I went yesterday to get my front tires balance, they did it and after I left I realized one of the tires went flat because I had a sharp object, it was curious and suspicious I when I got there I demanded to check the tires. It was big enough to see it on the floor so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t my fault after I left. So I had to pay them for the tire repair. There were cameras indeed, they showed me the videos but there’s blind spots and they know where the cameras are located. That’s fine, I just won’t go back there ever
