Went to them expecting them to find the issue and repair my truck. I had an air issue on my 2015 freight liner Cascadia. It was losing air. They couldn't figure out the issue and told me to Replace my air compressor it was the issue costing me $3,000. I took my truck to another diesel shop and they found the issue. It was an air leak causing my air loss. These guys don't know what they are talking about and are not knowledgeable. I was really going to spend $3,000 for a whole air compressor replacement when that was not the issue.

Rob was perfect. He helped us to negotiate with the rental truck company and once he got the authorization code he was swift in replacing the flat tire. He went 20miles to fetch a matching pair of tire for our light truck. He even offered us a lift to the near by truck plaza. Everyone was very nice. They are hardworking, transparent and very empathetic. Best place if you're stranded between exit 42 and 35 on I-80.

We had a stop engine light come on late evening and they got us towed to yard until freightliner opened next morning and completed towing us. The overnight Tow truck driver was very professional, courteous and respectful. The owner Tom was a pleasure the next day when he helped Tow the trailer to freightliner and Mike the other tow truck driver in the morning helped tow the bobtail in to freightliner was very very polite, professional, respectful and courteous. They were all very safe drivers and was very impressed with the professionalism of the TOW. Definitely recommend for any services you need in the future and will gladly let them rescue us again or utilize them for other service in the future. Very grateful for this business and their Tow service.

Couldn't even locate a fuel leak. Still charged me $277 however and when I asked them to replace a clearance light. They lied and told me they'd have to remove the whole roof to replace it. My mechanics back home located, repaired the fuel leak and clearance lights and other things in less than 3 hours. The leak was coming from some lines near the fuel injector pump being pushed back a little bit. When I called Hovis to discuss a full or partial refund. They lied again and said they'd be calling me back to discuss it. I'm still waiting on that call.

My school bus slid into a ditch after it snowed. They were there in a timely manner and an easy winch out. Very professional and friendly!
