I went to get 1 tire swapped out 15 minutes to 5 and got turned away by a tire tech stating it is to close to 5 so they are not taking anyone else while a bay sat empty.
I’ve only been here twice, and both times, customer service has been amazing!! All staff seem professional and straight to the point. My wait is never long and it never seems like other customers don’t have to wait long either.
Omg! While at work I discovered I had a little stowaway under my truck! My cat had ridden with my from Lamesa in the spare tire. I called and without hesitation they told me to come up to the shop and they would help me out. It took them all of 10 minutes and they got Chico out. Thank you guys for being so kind and helpful. I really do appreciate how quickly you were willing to help me today
We didn't have to wait very long at all, they are very friendly. Prices are reasonable. If you are in the area and need help this is the place to go.
The staff was very nice. They got to work on my tire right away. And didn't have to wait very long.
