Howard RV Center

Rob and Romeo (Rob's dog) departed the Howard RV Center in Wilmington, NC on their maiden journey after an amazing purchase experience and orientation on their 2025 Leisure Wonder RTB. After an overnight at the dealership to play with the RV, Rob & Romeo began their maiden journey home but not without taking this time to show our appreciation to this World-class organization by writing this review. Howard RV Center is indeed a First-class company in all aspects. The entire staff are friendly, down to earth, professional, courteous, and caring. Triple E, the manufacturer of these Leisure Travel Vans are undoubtedly the best in the business creating the highest quality motorhomes in the entire industry. These guys doing an amazing job getting your rig taken care of. Even Bill, the gentleman who is a filling in this week while some are on vacation has done an amazing job getting my service handled! So even when they're on vacation they are still running like a well oil machine! They are a family-owned company and certainly treat you as if you are family. I drive over an hour and a half when I have other dealerships to choose from because of the service that I received from Howard's team. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again for letting me put my rig in such a good hands!

Theresa did a great job with our camper sale and the whole team were very accommodating and easy to work with. We had a few up fits that were added on and Wyndy and the service team were spot on with scheduling and getting the camper ready for us. The general manager Bill did a great job as well for our closing and was there for any questions that were needed answered . The team at Howard RV Center is amazing. My wife and I just purchased a Pleasure Way RV from them and it was the best experience we have had purchasing a camper. They went out of their way to make the process easy and addressed all of our questions and concerns along the way. I bought my Connect lite from Tom Mcgriff a few months ago and was very pleased with his professionalism! He was knowledgeable and worked hard to make the sale even though not a large sale. Wendy in service has been super helpful in taking care of the minor issues I've had so far. She seems easily available which is nice when you want something done. I can tell the management of this business is top notch as it is clear they care about the customer Experience here. Thanks Howards for making my dream come true!! Just got back from Disneyworld with the Camper and we had an amazing time!!
