Staff was so helpful and friendly, they didn't make me feel pressured or talk down to me like I've experienced with other mechanics in the area, they were all super kind and answered any questions I had in a way that I could understand. Will be back for any maintenance I need in the future.

Howard Street AutoCare did a great job on my vehicle. They talked over the repairs with me and I never felt pressured into anything. There are two locations, a body shop and the AutoCare center.

Made an appointment for a PPI, arrived, and vehicle was taken in on time. That said, honestly you don’t know what to expect from anywhere. These folks were extremely friendly, and informative from the beginning. I was walked through everything. Absolutely awesome experience, I was given all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Plus they had awesome shop dogs. Great people, great service, great pricing!

Had my vehicle towed in 5-6 weeks ago for a diag on a no crank,no start and no fuel. Did a ton of investigating into the issues and couldn’t figure it out. Asked a local that’s been here for his whole life who should I take the car too. He told me Howard street does great work, okay so I had it towed there. I haven’t received one phone call with an update on what’s going on, if they’re running behind.NOTHING. Every week I called and asked for an update I got almost the same answer oh we had something come up or another vehicle give us fits but you’re up next once we get an open bay. I don’t understand what you guys have going on but that’s not the way you do business. Best part of their service was their tow truck driver that dropped it back off at my house. Their attention to diagnosing and fixing problems are excellent. Willingness to work with customers and communication is a definite plus with this business.
