Horrible experience. We've taken our cars here before and it has always been a good experience prior to this. This last time I took my car in none of my rear lights were working. Dropped it off and picked it up thinking everything was resolved until the next day I noticed my lights on my rear door still weren't working. I called back explained that all my rear lights were not working still and they said to bring it back in to have it looked at. Dropped my car off again and was told the person who originally worked on it didn't think the lights on my rear door were actually working lights but they were able to fix them. I have a 2015 Ford F-350 Powerstroke Diesel that was having electrical issues. Howell Auto Center quickly identified the problem and got it fixed. A repair like this would have cost thousands at a Ford dealership. I take both of my vehicles to Howell Auto, and from now on, all my repairs will be done there. Highly recommended!

Called yesterday about my daughter’s car which had a nail in a tire they got her in the next morning and had her back on the road quickly and were very fair with the bill. Another shop (nationwide chain) told her she needed 4 new tires because it was not fixable. So today she saved almost 600 dollars because Howell auto care took care of her instead of taking advantage of her situation. Thanks again from a dad 3.5 hours away.
