We (my husband and I) just bought our third vehicle in the last 12 months from HRM Auto. Again the owner was great. We bought the 2002 Ford Thunderbird and we received a lot of compliments. We are very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend them!!

We just purchased a Nissan Murano. It was a smooth sale. Father and son was respectful to me and my wife. This vehicle was purchased almost a month with no issues. Looking to buy another vehicle for my son within the next month.

I was interested in a car. Everything was fine and I was ready to buy it, I just had to take it to be inspected real quick. The old man who runs HRM suddenly got mad. Said I didn't need to have it inspected because HE inspected them. That was a huge red flag. I noticed another reviewer on here had problems with her car as soon as she bought it. Guys, these cars come from dealer auctions. Most of them are trade-ins from other places. Sometimes people trade in their cars and they are fine. Sometimes they wait to trade them in until they have issues. Most dealers (my late father, for example) buy the cars, inspect them, FIX them and then sell them. My brothers and I have all bought cars from HRM, me being the most recent. The online financing application is super easy and fast. Once I got financed and was ready to buy, Brandy had all my paperwork ready for me once I got off work and could get there. I brought the car back for them to fix my headliner (which we had discussed at purchase) and they also replaced a bad tire for me! Y'all went above and beyond! I definitely recommend HRM and have told everyone I know!
