HRS AutoCare Of Nicholasville

Ive been bringing our vehicles to HRS for several months now and have always had a great experience. There have been a handful of times when one of their mechanics noticed something that needed fixing or replacing during an oil change when I was there, but I have never felt pressured to have work done that I wasn't prepared for beforehand. They're quick, and the waiting room is comfortable and clean, too! Glad I found HRS AutoCare after moving to Lexington 2 years ago!

Sent my daughter to HRS with her car to have a brake job done after she was told by a dealership they were in need of repairs soon. Brad at HRS contacted me after evaluating brakes and relayed that brake pads still had 40% wear remaining and would proceed in repairs as I directed. We decided to put a few more miles on the current brake pads and picked up the vehicle. Our offer to pay for the diagnosis was denied. Not many places treat customers like this anymore. I had used HRS one time before and was completely satisfied with all aspects of that service. I am often in need of auto repair services and will be giving HRS my business because I trust their abilities and their integrity.

I've only started using HRS in the past year or so but I wish I had found them sooner. They do solid work at fair prices, and their communication is far better than I have historically found with other shops. This past week I had to bring my vehicle in a couple times to address a recurring concern and they went to great lengths to diagnose and resolve it. Based on past experience with other shops I was expecting it to cost an arm and a leg and it turns out I need not have worried! In the process they discovered a couple other issues for us to address, but at no point was there any pressure to get service we weren't interested in. I hope to use them for many years to come.

I’ve used these people a few times and I will say they are the best in town by far with great prices. I just had my van there yesterday and they have done a good job. My van was making a lot of noise and now there is no noise at all. They also let me borrow a car so I’m not down a car. I cannot recommend them enough. My mom has a lot of work trucks and cars and she said she will be trying them out when she has car problems.

I received professional, courteous and prompt service. The price was reasonable, even less than I expected to pay. I will be a return customer to AUTOCARE OF NICHOLASVILLE.
