Hubler Nissan, Inc. Service

I’ve been coming to Hubler Nissan on 31 for a couple years now, and Josh is my go-to Service Advisor. He is consistently friendly, approachable, and professional. Every time I need work done, he takes the time to answer my questions and explain everything so I'm never in the dark about my vehicle. ​He makes asking questions easy and doesn't rush you through, making what can be a stressful experience way easier. If you want top-tier service at Hubler, ask for Josh!

I was pleased with the highly professional service department that greeted me in a "high tech" environment that instilled confidence that you knew what you were doing. I was pleased with the punctual service that I received. I did not have to wait to have my car processed for service, and I waited only a reasonable amount of time for my service to be completed. I was greeted by multiple Nissan employees in a pleasant and personal way. I was allowed to wait in a well kept and pleasant waiting area. I was so happy to be able to study since the music was kept very low so as not to be overwhelming. You finished my service with a free car wash, and I was encouraged that I was a valuable customer. Thank you.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. I had been bringing my Pathfinder into Hubler Nissan since 2022 for the same issues. Nothing was done by Hubler to rectify the issues. I took it in several times since with the same issues and nothing was found. Now that the warranty has expired, their service department notified me that the engine needs replacing. According to their service records, they noted sludge buildup during service in 2022, but did nothing to fix the problem while still under warranty. They want $21K to replace the engine when it should’ve been suggested 5 years ago. This is shady and crooked and an unacceptable way to do business. I’ll be contacting Hubler’s corporate office, Nissan’s corporate office and my attorney.

I would like to thank, K.J. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable. I must say he, and Nick worked magic for me. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend, if you shop here, just ask for K.J he will definitely take care of you.

Don't hesitate to buy a vehicle from hubler nissan. Dominic is great at his job and is not pushy. I highly recommend stopping by and talking with him.
