Absolutely garbage.. would leave 0 stars if I could. Demanded my roommate to add me to their policy even though I no longer drive due to health issues and everything online explicitly says you do not have to if they are not driving the vehicle.. I called back to inquire about this lie and they demanded to know all my info then got a nasty attitude and hung up on me!? Absolitely rude and unprofessional ripoff of a company.
I highly recommend this insurance agency for anyone seeking prompt, professional and efficient service! The agents are always friendly and willing to explain policy information. On several occasions they've helped at the office or over the phone figure out the best options to meet my needs.
