For the most part I had a great experience. I found the truck I wanted on the Internet. Brooks was great to work with . He is knowledgeable and likeable and made the buying process easy and comfortable. The reason it's not 5 stars is I bought a vehicle that was 2 years old. After we signed papers I was given the second fob which was missing the key. I was told it would be $100 for a second key. It felt like this data was withheld and made a great experience into an ok experience. Hug, you can do better
It's the only place I'd recommend for Chevrolet and GMC owners to get their vehicles serviced! I can personally say that their General Motors and ASE Master Certified technician is top-notch! (Who also happens to be me🤓)

Brooks Simkins at Hug Chevrolet and GMC was professional, responsive, and punctual at every step, and he made the process feel personal rather than transactional. I was purchasing from out of state, and after dealing with multiple dealerships that simply stopped returning calls, he was the one who followed through. He answered all my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. Over the course of the purchase, we built a genuine rapport that felt more like a friendship than a typical sales interaction. Thanks to his effort and communication, we got the deal done. Highly recommend.
Very good experience while trading vehicles here. I’m an out of state buyer who came a long way to get a vehicle. No added fees or other “gotcha” type add-ons. Everything was exactly as I expected before leaving home…Just an easy paperwork transaction and I was on my way
Had an issue with my thermostat sensor while shopping. I called the service dept and spoke to Summer ( Sommer). I explained my issue, she basically told me what I was experiencing. I made an appointment immediately and drove to the dealership. Everyone was very friendly courteous while I was waiting . The technician completed the work order and I left with my truck fixed
