Very disappointed with the service center. I took my CRV in for a fuel pump recall and even though they completed it they would not reimburse me for the towing expenses to get it there. My car broke down in the middle of the highway because of the fuel pump but they lied and said my car ran out of gas. Complete lie, they were too cheap to pay out on there mistakes. They also “magically” found a bunch of different issues with my car that the previous mechanic didn’t find such as a leaking chain case and a cracking dry belt. I took my car to a different mechanic and they said the service center lied and that there were no issues. They also said my battery was messed up and had issues, same thing as before. I came for some preventative maintenance on my new car I bought from the dealership last week. I was given a loaner car while the maintenance is being performed. Very nice people overall but, when I got the loaner, it was FILTHY. The interior wasn’t even vacuumed, had an odor, and the windows were so dirty that I could barely see out of them. And look, I know it is winter so the car wash couldn’t be run but that doesn’t really help with the fact that the interior was disgusting. When I brought the up with the women who brought me the car she stated that “she cleans them the best she can” but I simply think that this was unprofessional of the dealership to hand out as a loaner vehicle if it is dirty (unclean interior; exterior gets a pass since its winter and low temps causes car washes to

The staff was nice but the service was poor. We brought in our car after noticing some odd transmission quirks. After spending an hour and a half waiting they told us they could find nothing wrong with the car and to wait for a check engine light. The problems continued on the drive home then two days later the car went into limp mode and eventually had to be towed to another mechanic. The problem was the battery so nothing too obscure. If you are getting an inspection then find a better shop.

I had to have my Accord towed to Hugh White because the drive shaft broke. My appointment was for a Monday, but they were able to work on it the same day (a Friday) and I had my car back less than five hours later, completely fixed. Everyone that I interacted with was wonderful. I can't recommend them enough!

I've always had a good experience here. They are honest, kind, detailed, and clear. They offer many coupons and deals so the price is decent. However, be prepared to wait a while as it can take quite a long time even for an oil change. They have a convenient waiting area though with coffee/water, charging ports, and comfortable seating.
