HUMBLE AUTO INSPECTION

I came in today and spoke with a gentleman with long hair and all he said was. You will have to come back sometime next week. We are very busy and can’t see you today. I advised him today is my only day off. He just blew me off and said sorry to hear that. We are very busy try again next week and walked away. It’s 1 pm and they close at 5. Will never return to this place again.

Quick and easy oil change! They got me in and out fast, didn’t try to upsell me, and the price was fair. Will definitely be coming back. Overall great experience!

I do not understand why have the inspection sign and the open sign if you’re going to hide and not give service. I was waiting in my car for about 5 min and no one came so I decided to get off to see if there was anyone. I went into what I thought was the office and shouted hello a couple of times and no one responded so I went back to my vehicle and when I was getting in a white woman with blond hair came out through the same door, locked it and slammed the door with an attitude. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was there.

Fast, reliable, and professional service. They explained everything clearly and didn’t waste my time. Really happy with the work and would recommend this shop.

No phone ethics at all. The staff could not even hold a proper conversation. Then the price was the final straw. They wanted over $70 for a simple oil change, when Valvoline does the exact same service for around $30. Nothing about the experience made me feel like the higher price was justified. If you care about respectful communication and fair pricing, look elsewhere.
