Salesman Caleb was incredible. SO knowledgeable. And so laid back. He knows his field unlike any other camper guy I talked to at three other dealers. Finance lady Ashley was also great. Super knowledgeable and down to earth. No pressure to buy. Ben the mechanic walked us through our rig outside and again, he really knows the equipment. If I ever have questions, I’ll skip the internet and just call him. Our GJ Humphreys is a treasure. So glad we bought our camper from them. They’ll always have my business.

In March 2023 we were thinking of going fulltime in a 5th wheel. We wanted to look at 3 different manufactures on their lot. Tank introduced us to the Alliance brand. I loved the 310 RL. He mentioned some companies if you fulltime that will void your warranty and pointed out Alliances phrase for fulltime living. He said they had a great customer service reputation. He told us to check them out online. We did that. When we did our walk around the service guy ( I think Larry) he did a great job. I'm on Alliance Facebook pages and people ask questions and I'm always saying we'll "Larry told us that" Twenty six months later we still love this rig. I thought Humphreys di a good job st a fair price. This would have been a 5 star review but… I realize you crew was working on our coach on a Saturday during the Broncos playoff game, and I don’t care that they raised the Tv up and watch the game while they worked, but I would have appreciated it if the had put it back like they found it.

I read reviews on Humphrey of Montrose before doing business with them. Reviews were all over the place but we do lots of business with service type organizations and I must say it has been a long time since I have had the level of service and communication that we received on recent repairs. I was contacted with bids on the jobs immediately. I was told that they were, at the time, about 4 weeks out. I received updates very frequently telling me when work would begin, when it would be finished, how long it would take to get parts, if there were any delays, when it was completed and I picked it up exactly a month after I dropped it off. Service manager was so pleasant and willing to help that I left with a smile on face and felt like I had been taken care of from start to finish.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience from being greeted at the door to Tank our salesman and Ashley the financial manager. The purchasing experience was awesome. We will definitely return for future purchases and service.
