Very thorough and detailed in service. Dan went above and beyond to say the least. Excellent parts dept. too. This store is the best I have found from Houston Tx to New York. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

To be 100% honest the service was awful BUT after leaving a 1 star review earlier the manager contacted me and we talked about what the issues were and he was adamant on getting them fixed which spoke volumes. If you have an issues talk with the manager directly.

We just stopped by because they gave us the wrong part, to top it off they told us that it couldn't be changed because the box was wet but the part was intact, IT WAS NOT USED so what are you trying to tell me? Well TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT IF NOT, YOU WON'T GET THE CHANGE :)

I have unit there for transmission repair. next Friday will be a month. How can a dealer take so long for transmission repair. Went I call the answer they give me was dit they still waiting for parts and the funnies part is the after this five months the transmission started leaking and I took it to my main Mecanic and he’s show me the transmission was never rebuilt after a over 10k that I spend in the dealership for the job was never done very careful with who you make business no one is honest anymore

Mr Dan in service is awesome ,mechanics that fixed our truck were very professional and respectful! Parts crew were very helpful! Will definitely recommend this place to all the truckers we know!
