i call parts , I want to buy parts , I tell them what I need , they tell me they don't have it . than I call another location , they look it up and tell me Scranton has it , so I call them with part number ,and , bam , like magic , now they have it . that one time I ordered a clutch for a fire engine , and they forgot to order it twice and than the third time it wasn't available , and I had to get some aftermarket at the end of the day anyway . that had to be ordered . on another occasion I asked for ps386 fluid and they told me they have never heard of it , I can go on forever i call service , they tell me to bring it in two weeks. their mechanics are 18 y.o. kids fresh out of vo-tech that are barely YouTube certified. maybe two - three " seasoned" techs in the entire , shop , at m

My dad’s company often buys parts for his trucks here. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help & are very knowledgeable.

Went in for broken rear motor mount. Needed new flywheel cover and new bolts. First estimate was $5700 second estimate was 11,000. It took 16 days to get truck back. Went to pick up truck it wouldn't even start. Wires on starter weren't even tight. Had to take truck home before I could put it to work and redo exhaust that they removed to pull transmission. Joints weren't put together correctly and clamps weren't tight. Had to zip tie hoses and wire they left hanging. Charged 28 hours for the job. Way overkill. I was definitely bamboozled by Hunters Peterbilt in Scranton, pa I wouldn't take my wheelbarrow there.
