DANGEROUS BRAKE WORK - AVOID HUNTERS. Dropped off in April for new brake lines and parking brake adjustment. Took until June to pick up, but my foot went straight to the floor. I was told some air in the system is expected... no air should be in a hydraulic lines. Picked it up again and saw the brake lines running OVER the valve cover and dangling underneath the car supported only by my parking brake cable! Argued with Max who told me that this work is perfectly safe and they send plenty of people out like this! The subsequent repair took another month, only for the shop to ultimately refund me and tow the vehicle back to me after receiving my complaint from the Wisconsin DATCP. If I could give no stars I would! What a nightmare for 3 months to get our truck fixed! Which we ended up taking it to Tim's south side in Elkorn so he could finally fix it right the first time! Very sad that they couldn't fix it in the first place and just be honest! We ended up spending a lot more money for a job that wasn't done correctly! It was so bad that he blamed Napa for the parts saying they were defective 3 times! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME unless you don't mind wasting money!

It's the worst service at the city. I think they don't have experience in vehicles as the last owner or manager.

Took my car in for regular maintenance, replaced 4 spark plugs, and two coils and they charged me $940. My mistake for not getting a 2nd opinion, but will not be taking it back there again.

Poor customer service! Made an appointment a week in advance to diagnose a noise coming from suspected rear end. Dropped my truck off first thing in the morning as requested by their employee. Said they need time to drive it and figure out what the issue was. Left the truck there all day just to get told they didn’t even bring it in to have it looked at. Also got told they do tire service just to get told they actually only install new tires. Total waste of time! Should have listened to the reviews and avoided this place.
