Please do not fall into the trap of purchasing their gift card advertised as “50% off.” This is misleading. I was told that buying the gift card would give me 50% off the service, but in reality, the discount only applies if you purchase their most expensive package. That condition was not disclosed upfront. When I raised this concern, there was no apology or effort to correct the situation. I was simply told that they “misspoke.” That response is unacceptable and reflects poor customer service and deceptive marketing practices.

This rating is solely based on customer service. I am currently looking around for detail cleaning services and I just wanted to say that out of all that I have looked into and inquired, Hunters was by far the fastest in response and willing to work with me on pricing if something was out of my price range. The professionalism and timely response deserves 5 stars in its self. Thank you for your diligence to work with your customers.

It was great to find this shop popped up in my neighborhood. I had been buying all my products online and it was always a bummer to have to wait to wash my vehicles. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and recommended a couple of products that they use regularly. I will be be a regular at Hunter's for sure.
