Hurricane Bay Car Wash

Well out of the 2 vacuum machines available. One isn't taking quarters and the other couldn't suck anything. This place has gone downhill recently.

Hurricane Bay car wash is one of the best to use. I prefer the sprayers over wash bays that use the scrubbers. I'm always afraid of something metal getting stuck in the scrubbers and ruining my vehicle. Sprayers are better.

This car wash is fine, one person said they spent 5 and was charged 10..most of these car washs will show you spend 10, but when checking later it will show correct amount spent, this place is a good car wash, if you have a problem call number on door and they make it right, at least thats been my experience.

This car wash is terrible!!! I've given this place 3 chances I'M DONE!!! Cost me $10 to hurry up and wash my car I didn't get to wash my car like I wanted, also I went to use the scrub brush on my car the brush was dirty filled with mud scratched my car!! I was too upset to speak with someone about it didn't want to be rude so I needed time to calm down. I do NOT recommend anyone to wash your car here, the automatic car wash will also rip you off. Go to the other car wash they have a 25¢ bay

2.00 to start wash and gives you 2 mins. I used 2.50 and got almost 3 mins. I had to use my card to finish rinse which was less than 1 min and was charged 10.00. I'm turning them into BBB. I got a reply from an employee there and he explained to me that the 10.00 goes back on the card that's used and it did. He was respectful and honest with his answer. I am thankful.
