Hurricane Bay Car Wash

Touch-less war wash: Save your money, wash the car yourself and give it your love. Even with ceramic coat, I think I would’ve been able to better clean it at home. Otherwise I love the convenience factor and “quick wash”.

Tried this in spite of other negative reviews. It's as bad as they say. My suburban was cleaner but still mostly dirty. Also, the spray literally poured through my sunroof, getting my hair and clothes wet. I recently cancelled my membership at club carwash in Rolla, an outstanding automatic car wash, because I don't go over there anymore. I took it 1-2 times a week and never had an issue with water entering the vehicle cabin.

Absolutely horrible car wash. I paid for the premium touch less service for $10. When I pulled in, it did not tell when to stop my car so I basically pulled all the way through. I sat there for 5 minutes, it told me to back up, and spritzed my car with a very tiny amount of soap. After, IT TOLD ME TO LEAVE without rinsing my car at all. So, I had to go rinse my car myself which was mind boggling. As if that whole ordeal wasn’t bad enough, there was no attendant at the location to assist me with a refund. Mind you, this was at 1:30 p.m. So, I called to get my refund and the lady that answered was rude about it like it was my fault. She didn’t apologize once, it sounded like she was at home with her kids, and seemed like she was burdened with answering my call. In all, it’s a very buggy ca

I went to this car wash I inserted my good debit card, it would not take it. Then I tried my credit card. It is also good and I would not take it. So I had to put a $20 bill in and it gave me seven dollars in quarters! Thank you I just loved it I don’t think will be back here unless you can make your card readers work.

Works just okay. Some of the sprayers on the automatic soft touch car wash don’t spray and then the rocker panel blasters don’t spin as they they should, when they wash your rocker panels. Just some weekly maintenance would make this car wash much better. UPDATE: changed from three star to two stars: went again and used this car wash but the soft cloth wash DOESN’T rinse well. This is the second time it has left blue what ever it is all over my vehicle. The rinse cycle needs to be increased on all washes. I won’t go back again until the car wash is fixed.
